Apparently, the only attribute one must possess to have a so-called

No, it requires both short stature and hypersensitivity to that short stature,
e.g., believing that short stature overwhelms every other personal
characteristic unconditionally, etc.

Most of the people on her list are either of average height or only very
slightly less than average height, so their stature isn't likely to have any
influence on their personality.
